Slice the apples into thin slices and dice them

Add water to the pot, add a small amount of sugar and cook the apple slices for a while until the apple slices become soft

Remove and drain

Heat butter in a pot over low heat

Pour milk into the pot, add sugar, heat over low heat and stir until sugar is completely dissolved

When the milk is warm, beat in one whole egg and one egg yolk (you can also beat in two whole eggs)

Stir evenly and filter twice with a filter

Quickly freeze the tart crust and add apple slices

Pour 80% of the tart water and top with apple blossoms

Make the remaining apple tarts in sequence (only three flower apple tarts are made in the picture, using half an apple)

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake on the upper rack for 5 minutes. When satisfied with the color, turn to the middle and lower rack and bake for another 10 minutes
