Prepare the above materials

Pour the pure milk into a non-stick pan and heat it. Do not boil it. Once boiled, it will be less likely to form milk skin~

Crack the eggs into a bowl and just take out the egg whites. Add one and a half tablespoons of sugar. This depends on your taste

Pour the hot milk into the cup, wait for it to cool for a while, and when you see a layer of milk skin on the surface, use chopsticks to gently dip it down~
