Overview

Grandma made a routine inspection of the vegetable market this morning and found that the lettuce was fresh and cute, so she bought one. I plan to eat the lettuce leaves I ate today in two portions.

  1. Green and lovely lettuce leaves, cleaned.

  2. Cut into small pieces.

  3. Turn on the heat, heat the pan with cold oil, add tempeh and chopped green onion, and stir-fry briefly. I used the tempeh from the tempeh dace, which has a bit of fish flavor.

  4. Add lettuce leaves and stir-fry. I didn't add salt, the tempeh was already salty enough.

  5. Take it out of the pan and serve it on a plate, it's delicious. The color is not as good as I thought. There was a little too much tempeh and the overall color was darkened, but the taste is still very good.
