My family's cooking is basically light, and I rarely cook fried food, only occasionally. Today I used fried powder to fry the meat. It tasted quite crispy after being fried.

  1. Prepare a piece of lean pork

  2. Marinate the lean meat slices with a little salt, wine and vinegar for 2 hours

  3. Put the fried powder into a bowl and coat both sides of each piece of meat with the fried powder

  4. After all is dipped, let it sit for a few minutes

  5. Pour enough oil into the pot, heat it up, put the meat slices in and fry

  6. After setting, flip and fry until the meat slices are golden brown

  7. Take out the oil control
