Brown Sugar Mung Bean Smoothie Popsicle
Overview
It’s hot in the dog days of summer, so I often take popsicles to relieve the heat, especially mung bean sand popsicles, which are my favorite. But my constitution is a bit cold, and I don’t dare to eat more ice products, so I added brown sugar to the popsicles, using the warming function of brown sugar to offset the coldness of the popsicles.
