Clean the sweet potatoes and cut off the heads and tails.

Place the sweet potatoes in the rice cooker.

Add an appropriate amount of water, based on half the height of the sweet potato (it's okay if it's a little different, the rice cooker will automatically jump to keep warm when the water dries up).

Press the quick cooking button to default to 22 minutes (depending on the amount of ingredients).

When the time is up, open it and the water is gone. If you can insert it with chopsticks, it is cooked.

Pick it out and put it on a plate (the bottom has a sugar effect).
