Braised beef
Overview
This is my first time posting in Food World, so I am a little nervous, but also very happy! This dish is a recipe I searched online. It has been improved to suit our southern taste and is a bit spicy. My daughter likes to eat it very much. The leftover soup can be used to cook noodles. It tastes great!

Prepare the ingredients, add an appropriate amount of dried red pepper according to your own taste.

Beef cubes

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add beef and blanch the blood.

Drain the beef and set aside

Heat oil in a pan

Add ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, Sichuan peppercorns, and dried red pepper and stir until fragrant

Add beef and stir-fry, stir-fry until the water is dry, then add cooking wine and stir-fry

Add white wine and stir-fry

Add light soy sauce, salt and rock sugar and stir-fry, then add water and bring to a boil until the water covers the beef

Pour the boiled beef into the pressure cooker, turn on the steam and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, then turn down the heat and cook for 5 minutes

Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate, sprinkle some chopped green onion on top, I forgot to sprinkle it, hehe! Delicious braised beef done!
