Overview
Potato stewed rice, delicious. I have always wanted to try potato stewed noodles. They are also stewed, but the taste is very different. If you want to eat it, try it and eat Italian style. It is completely the Chinese way of eating, not inferior to their Italian counterparts, haha →_→

Cut the potatoes and ham into cubes, the size is up to you.

Boil the noodles in water for 5 minutes, take them out and set aside!

Heat oil in a pan, add potatoes and fry until skin turns brown.

Add ham and green beans and stir-fry evenly.

Pour a small bowl of water or noodle soup into the pot, then add noodles, add salt, chicken essence, and light soy sauce, cover the pot and simmer until a little water remains.

When there is only a little water left, stir the noodles with chopsticks to mix them evenly with the seasoning and potatoes. Keep stirring until all the water evaporates, then remove from the pot.
