Overview
In addition to being good friends with butter, garlic and soy sauce are more like being bound for eight lifetimes, rather than being entangled like enemies who never get together and are inseparable.

Steps
-
Wash the salmon and pat dry, rub a little salt and rice wine on both sides
-
Peel the garlic and mince it into a puree, add 1 tsp oil and mix well
-
Spread the minced garlic evenly over the fish
-
Wrap in paper; microwave on medium for 3~4 minutes♥ Avoid the center point when heating in the microwave, so the heating is more even (the center point is the hottest).
-
Take a small plastic bag, put it in grease, and cut a hole to use as a paintbrush
-
Arrange the fish fillets on a plate and spread the oil in a crosswise direction. ♥If using soy sauce, pour a thin layer on it to prevent it from being too salty.
-
♥The paper material uses "microwave cooking paper/CookingSheet" or "baking paper/BakingSheet", both of which have a heat resistance temperature of 250゚C.
