Spicy fried yam
Overview
Regular consumption of yam can maintain skin elasticity, make the skin moist and white, and can also delay aging. However, yam itself has a bland taste and is mostly used to make soups or desserts. It is also very delicious to fry it in olive oil and add garlic, chili and soy sauce.

Prepare the ingredients. Peel and cut the yams into cubes and soak them in salt water. Chop the other ingredients

Steam the yam cubes in a pot until cooked

Heat the pan and add olive oil

Let the ripe yam cool and then coat with cornstarch

Fry the yam pieces coated with cornstarch on both sides until golden brown, and serve
