Salt and pepper shrimp
Overview
There is only one way for my mom to make shrimps at home, and that is to boil them! There is no second option. Although boiling can fully highlight the deliciousness of shrimps, it will make you tired if you eat too much. Today I tried a new method and it was so popular that I feel a sense of accomplishment!

Wash the shrimps, cut off the tails and intestines from the back, add salt and marinate slightly.

Add oil to the wok, add onion, ginger and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add the marinated shrimp to the pot and stir-fry. When almost cooked, add salt and pepper and stir-fry evenly.

After frying, put it on a plate and garnish with coriander.
