  1. Soften butter, add sugar and salt and beat until light in color and puffy.

  4. Knead the dough gently and evenly, just hold it gently, don't use too much force. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  5. Take out and divide the dough evenly into 20 small pieces. The dough should be evenly distributed for good coloring.

  7. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and wait for 12 minutes on top. It will be OK if the edges are slightly brown.
