Braised chicken feet with soy sauce

Wash the chicken feet and chop them into sections; or boil them in water first~ If you like them whole, you can do it. .

Add shredded ginger and cooking wine and marinate for half an hour;

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken feet and fry until slightly brown;

Add water, just flatten the chicken feet, add ginger slices, cooking wine, black bean paste, soy sauce and white sugar, mix well and cook over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes;
