Cut dry tofu into thick shreds. Chop green onions.

Slice pork belly.

Wash the baby cabbage.

Cut into strips.

When the pot is hot, add the pork belly and stir-fry.

Add a little cooking oil and fry.

Add chopped green onions and sauté until fragrant.

Add soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add baby cabbage and stir-fry.

Add dry tofu and stir-fry.

Add water to cover the ingredients and simmer. Cook until the baby cabbage becomes slightly soft. Add salt, chicken essence and pepper to taste.
