Overview
The most painful thing about the beginning of the day is not going to work! But what groceries to buy today! After walking around the vegetable market three times this morning, my mind went blank! Fortunately, the lady selling mutton shouted and carried the hind legs of the lamb home! !

If it is a whole leg of lamb, separate the bones and meat first (usually I put the bones in the refrigerator and make soup next time), blanch the large piece in water, put it in a cold river, heat the oil pan over low heat, and fry the whole piece of lamb!

When the mutton is fried until slightly brown, add ginger slices and fry together; put an appropriate amount of water in the clay pot, put the fried meat, ginger and two slices into the pot (how long to cook depends on the age and tenderness of the lamb, but don't cook it until it's rotten, as long as it can be inserted into the chopsticks)

After the mutton is cooked, remove and drain, slice and plate

Cut the peppers into rings, place them evenly on the mutton slices, sprinkle with light soy sauce, and sprinkle with hot oil (the oil should make a sound when it is hot)
