The favorite of father and daughter...Dongpo Pork
Overview
I never eat fatty meat. Every time I eat fatty meat, I choose it for my husband and daughter. Both father and daughter like to eat fatty meat, especially Dongpo pork and braised pork. They eat them all every time, and I just eat the lean meat part, but I prefer to eat it with rice mixed with soup.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the meat and put it in a pot, add onion, ginger and cooking wine, and cook for a few minutes.
-
Cut the green onions into sections, slice the ginger, and place them at the bottom of the casserole.
-
Remove the meat and cut it into cubes, and lay it out with the skin side down (the meat I bought is lean and the whole piece is too tall, so I cut some red meat and stacked it on one side. I didn’t put it nicely, so ignore the beauty)
-
A handful of rock sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce
-
Pour half a bottle of rice wine.
-
After two and a half hours, turn over and continue
-
After half an hour, turn off the heat, carefully pick up the meat and put it in a small bowl, pour the soup in the pot, and steam it for 20 minutes. Just have to. (The meat I cooked was too rotten. Due to a mistake in timing, it was a bit disfigured. The skin actually stuck to the pan. It was a failure)
