Cheese Baked Rice
Overview
After my son ate the cheese baked rice made for him last time, he couldn't forget it. So I made another portion for him today. In fact, you can freely mix and match the ingredients for cheese baked rice according to your own preferences. I just use whatever I have at home. Cooking delicious food is just a matter of fun and creativity.

Dice all the ingredients, beat the eggs and green onions

Heat a pan with a little oil, add the eggs and beat them until they change color, take them out and set aside

Add oil to the pot, add all the diced ingredients into the pot and stir-fry, add salt, sugar

Add the rice and eggs and stir-fry together to taste and turn off the heat

Pour half of the rice into the mold and sprinkle evenly with flying fish roe. Then spread the remaining rice on top

Finally, add cheese.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes, put the rice in and bake for 5 minutes to soften the cheese

Because it is for children, I bake the cheese until it is tender, which makes it healthier.
