Korean egg rolls
Overview
I recently watched the Korean variety show "We Got Married" and it mentioned egg rolls. I thought they were delicious, so I tried them myself. Hey! Pretty successful.

Dice the ham sausage, carrots, and cucumbers, chop the green onions, and break the two eggs into a bowl. Beat the eggs, add the water starch, mix well and set aside. Put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the diced ham sausage, diced carrots and diced cucumbers and take them out of the pot.

Add the fried ingredients into the egg liquid and stir evenly. Put oil in the pan, turn to low heat, and start frying the eggs. When the eggs are slightly solidified, use a flat spatula to gently start to roll them. Use a spatula to compact the rolled eggs each time to prevent them from loosening. This process must be done gently to prevent the egg rolls from breaking. After rolling it up, turn it over and fry it for a while before serving it out of the pan.

Cut off the corners, cut into pieces, roll in the pre-cut seaweed strips, and you're done!

Arrange it on the plate and it will taste better when eaten hot! You can add appropriate seasonings according to your personal taste. I like to eat it with tomato sauce.
