Overview

As a northerner, most of the daily pasta is steamed buns, but my son doesn’t like eating them, so I have to put some thought into making steamed buns and steamed buns. Today’s steamed ham sausage rolls used my son’s favorite corn sausage, which tasted sweet. He ate three of them in one go. Haha, I finally lived up to my intentions.

  1. Dissolve the yeast with a little warm water, pour it into the flour, then slowly add the warm water and mix it into a dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for about 2 hours.

  3. Remove the ham sausage packaging and cut into two pieces. Take out the fermented dough, remove the air, knead it into a smooth dough, divide it into small pieces, and roll them into long strips. Then wrap the ham sausage to make a ham sausage roll.

  4. After all the ham sausage rolls are done, place them in a steamer, cover them, and let them rise for 20 minutes. Then turn on medium heat and steam for another 15 minutes.
