Overview

Sautéed chicken is a very popular home-cooked dish in my family. Salty yet sweet, rich in soy sauce, smooth and tender diced chicken, and ruddy in color, it is a tempting meal both visually and tastefully.

  1. Cut the ginger into shreds, add a little hot water and soak for a while

  2. Cut the chicken into cubes, add a little cooking wine and salt, mix well, then add starch, mix well and marinate for a while

  3. Peel and wash the carrots, cut into small pieces, and blanch in hot water. Remove the core from the cucumber and cut it into small pieces

  4. Heat oil in a pan, dice the chicken until it turns white, and then take it out

  5. Dilute the Peking duck sauce with a little cooled ginger water

  6. Heat oil in a pan, pour in duck sauce and stir-fry until thickened

  7. Add carrots and stir-fry

  9. Finally add the diced chicken and stir-fry evenly to coat the ingredients with the sauce. Add salt, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan.
