Sautéed Chicken
Overview
Sautéed chicken is a very popular home-cooked dish in my family. Salty yet sweet, rich in soy sauce, smooth and tender diced chicken, and ruddy in color, it is a tempting meal both visually and tastefully.

Cut the ginger into shreds, add a little hot water and soak for a while

Cut the chicken into cubes, add a little cooking wine and salt, mix well, then add starch, mix well and marinate for a while

Peel and wash the carrots, cut into small pieces, and blanch in hot water. Remove the core from the cucumber and cut it into small pieces

Heat oil in a pan, dice the chicken until it turns white, and then take it out

Dilute the Peking duck sauce with a little cooled ginger water

Heat oil in a pan, pour in duck sauce and stir-fry until thickened

Add carrots and stir-fry

Add cucumber

Finally add the diced chicken and stir-fry evenly to coat the ingredients with the sauce. Add salt, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan.
