Cut onions, carrots, potatoes, and cucumbers into small pieces. The potatoes should be slightly larger because some of them will melt when cooked. Onion cut

Heat the cold oil in the pan, add an aniseed, a dried chili, and 20 peppercorns and fry until fragrant.

Leave only the cooking oil to fry the scallions and ginger slices.
