Ingredients
Steps
-
Dissolve the yeast in warm water, then mix the dough with the yeast water and let it rise until the dough triples in size. The picture shows the risen dough.
-
Add the cooked and chopped vermicelli, chopped green onion, ginger, salt, thirteen spices, dark soy sauce and chicken essence to the pork stuffing and mix well
-
Knead the risen dough to deflate it and let it rest for about ten minutes
-
(Because the dough I made was soft, I didn’t roll it out.) Just grab an appropriate amount of dough with your hands and press it into a sheet, then add the fillings and wrap it into a bun
-
Spray a little water on the wrapped buns and let them rise for about 15 minutes. This is to prevent the skin from swelling and breaking when baked
-
Brush the baking sheet with a little more oil and leave a gap between the buns
-
Preheat the oven for five minutes. Then put in the buns
-
Test at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
-
The baked buns are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside
