【Sichuan】Green pepper mixed with preserved egg
Overview
Every year during the Spring Festival, three or four friends go back to their hometowns or visit relatives and friends. They bring back some gifts and specialties, and then give them to each other. For several years, I received a large bag of preserved eggs made by friends and relatives in my hometown. They are more delicious than those bought from outside. I added a piece of Sichuan chili pepper strips and mixed them with them. They are delicious.
