Cut the grilled sausages and carrots into small cubes and set aside. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have grilled sausages. You can also use minced meat or diced ham. The cabbage sum can be replaced with other green vegetables. It all depends on your personal preference.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, set to medium heat, stir-fry the grilled sausage first

After the sausage changes color, add diced carrots and continue to stir-fry

After about half a minute or one minute, add the eggs and stir-fry

Add rice, add a little water, stir-fry until rice grains are dispersed, add seafood soy sauce and MSG. I didn't add salt, so I used soy sauce to control the saltiness.

Stir well and serve on a plate
