Twist Sesame Toast
Overview
I usually only use the bread machine to mix flour and ferment, and basically don’t use other functions. The main reason is that the bread has no shape. This is the first time I use the bread machine to make bread. I combined it with the experience of using the oven to bake bread. I twist the dough and it is considered a Possible result. The baked bread is organized and disciplined, and the results are really good.

Put the medium ingredients in the bread machine, 120 grams of flour, 20 grams of sugar, 4 grams of yeast, and 100 grams of milk.
