Avocado Cupcakes
Overview
Cupcakes are a relatively easy dessert to make. The high fat and sugar content puts many people off. Therefore, ANNA made this vegan cupcake, using avocado to replace part of the fat and no butter at all. The finished product is moist and rich, rich in the aroma of chocolate. The making process is also very simple, just mix all the ingredients. Avocados are good for your heart, so there’s no harm in eating more of them.
