Blueberry Sauce Donuts
Overview
Xiaobao likes to eat it, so I made this as a snack this week. I replaced the low flour with medium flour and it has a chewier texture.

Prepare all ingredients.

Beat the whole egg whites and sugar until combined.

Add milk and blueberry jam to taste.

Then add medium flour until it is inside.

After mixing, add corn oil.

Put the mixed cake batter into a piping bag and refrigerate for one hour.

Preheat the oven and pour the cake batter and blueberry batter into the mold.

Bake in the preheated oven at 155 degrees for 25 minutes.
