  1. Prepare the required ingredients;

  3. Rinse the glutinous rice, wash the rice dumpling leaves and set aside;

  4. To make coffee rice, pour the extracted coffee liquid into the glutinous rice and let it soak for 2-4 hours;

  5. When the rice grains show the color as shown below, and when you break a grain of rice, you can see that the inside of the rice grains has been evenly soaked with coffee liquid;

  6. Make rice dumplings with coffee rice;

  7. After wrapping, put it into a pot with water and cook for about 45 minutes;

  8. While waiting for the rice dumplings to cook, add a little water and brown sugar to another pot to boil the syrup;

  9. After the rice dumplings go abroad, add the cooked syrup and eat them;
