Prepare the required ingredients;

Extract 180 ml of coffee liquid for later use. The specific extraction process is abbreviated. For details, please refer to other extraction tutorial posts of Bilo Coffee Manor;

Rinse the glutinous rice, wash the rice dumpling leaves and set aside;

To make coffee rice, pour the extracted coffee liquid into the glutinous rice and let it soak for 2-4 hours;

When the rice grains show the color as shown below, and when you break a grain of rice, you can see that the inside of the rice grains has been evenly soaked with coffee liquid;

Make rice dumplings with coffee rice;

After wrapping, put it into a pot with water and cook for about 45 minutes;

While waiting for the rice dumplings to cook, add a little water and brown sugar to another pot to boil the syrup;

After the rice dumplings go abroad, add the cooked syrup and eat them;

The dense sugar juice carries the mellow aroma of coffee and the fragrance of rice dumpling leaves
