This original bread is made with ordinary high-gluten flour and old yeast starter. It has the same texture, softness and delicate texture.

Steps

Place all ingredients except salt and vegetable oil into bread machine

Start a kneading program, add salt and vegetable oil, and start another kneading program

The kneaded dough can pull out a thin film

Put it into the bread machine and turn on the fermentation button until it doubles in size

Take it out, knead to exhaust, and let it rest for 10 minutes

Divide into 8 portions and let rest for 5 minutes
