Prepare the ingredients, dice the tomatoes, mince the ginger, cut the backs of the shrimps and remove the devein

Heat the oil and simmer the fragrant ginger, fry the shrimp until browned on both sides

Shrimp bent over, browned and cooked

Stir-fry tomatoes in hot oil, add sugar, and stir-fry over slow heat to produce tomato juice

Return the shrimps to the pot and simmer together, add salt to taste, reduce the juice and serve
