Overview
I have made dried pork trotters, radish, rice cakes, dried pork knuckles, and meringue before. This time I will try the rotation function of the CKTF-32GS oven. Although I had purchased an oven before, I had never used the rotating function until it broke. This is my first time to do the rotation function. I have no experience, so I used a little pigeon to experiment. Even though it was my first time doing it, I can say there was no failure. The 360-degree three-dimensional rotation of the CKTF-32GS will not burn it at all, and you can safely watch the time in the oven to do other things. With this experience, you can boldly buy a roast duck and cook it next time.

Wash the pigeons and pour in the cooking wine
