Add glutinous rice flour to boiling water and knead into small pieces for cooking

Add two large mangoes to a food processor, add some water, coconut milk, and sugar to make mango puree

(I forgot to take a photo of the sago) Boil the sago until there is a little white dot left in the middle. Turn off the heat and cover until the white dot disappears. Drain the water and pour it into the ice water prepared in advance and mix it with the mango puree. Boil the glutinous rice balls until they float and drain them into ice water
