Mix glutinous rice flour and cornstarch

Add a small amount of water and stir, being careful not to add too much water at once.

Stir until there are no lumps

Add a little salt

Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Be sure to boil until the water boils

Pour the slurry you just mixed onto the side of the pot

Wait for the rice milk to harden and quickly shovel it into the pot

Cook for a while

Add oil, coriander, chopped green onion and appropriate amount of salt

After scooping up, add braised eggs or marinated ingredients. I added vegetables and cooked meat.
