When I go to the south, I rarely eat fried food, so I have to make it myself.

Cut the potatoes into small strips, about half a centimeter wide and five centimeters long. Mix in the batter and add some salt and sugar.

Put 2 ounces of oil in the pot, heat it up, turn down the heat and add the potato strips one by one.

Fry until golden brown, drain the oil and take it out. You can eat it as it is, or use it for stir-fry.
