Made with fresh shrimps, they are chewy and delicious. Paired with Thai sweet and spicy sauce, it is sweet and sour. It is an indispensable dish in summer!

  1. Remove the shells and gluten from the fresh shrimps, add a few drops of lemon, a little salt, white wine or cooking wine, stir, and refrigerate for 20 minutes

  2. Chop the onion and fry it in a pan, or heat it in the microwave for a minute or two! Forgot to take pictures, hehe!

  3. Remove the water from the marinated shrimp, cut into shrimp paste, add onion, salt, black pepper, a little sugar, eggs, starch, cheese, stir thoroughly and mix well!

  4. Heat the pan and pour oil! Use a spoon to scoop out a spoonful of shrimp paste and put it into the pot! Fry over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown!

  5. It’s delicious when served on its own or with sweet and spicy sauce
