Curry Pork Ribs
Overview
_Curry goes very well with potatoes. My dish uses traditional braised pork ribs. Add curry powder. It tastes particularly delicious

Cut the pork chops and add cooking wine. Use a pressure cooker to press the ginger slices to medium rare

The pressed ribs were mixed with curry powder, cumin powder, light soy sauce, and salted for more than two hours

Cut potatoes into small pieces

Get all the ingredients ready

Add a little more oil to the pot than usual for cooking. After it is spicy, add the potatoes. This step will prevent the potatoes from being sticky. When the potatoes are ripe, drain the oil. Remove from heat and set aside

Add the remaining oil in the pot and stir-fry all the seasonings until fragrant

Stir-fry the chili sauce until it is very fragrant

Pour in the pork ribs and rice wine and stir-fry.

Add the stock to cover the ribs and potatoes. The fire burned
