Steps

  1. Put the eggs and sugar in an oil-free and water-free basin, put the date sand and corn oil together, wear gloves and mix well.

  2. Beat the eggs and sugar with a whisk at medium and then high speed for 15 minutes, then add baking soda and beat until smooth.

  3. Add jujube oil and mix well with a mixer, about three minutes.

  4. Finally, sift in the flour. I use ordinary flour. Beat slowly and then quickly for one minute.

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour the beaten jujube cake mixture, and tap a few times to pop out the air bubbles. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 30 minutes, turning the baking sheet in the middle.

  6. After baking, turn it upside down on the baking tray, tear off the parchment paper, let it dry and cut into pieces.
