Flaxseed Chocolate Chip Cookies
Overview
Golden flax seeds have high nutritional value and are cholesterol-free. They are rich in fiber and N3 fatty acids. Prepare the ingredients. Pre-roast the golden flaxseeds in the microwave on high heat for 2 minutes

Beat the butter and eggs together with a whisk until pale

Add chocolate cookie mix and cocoa powder to the sugar oil

Mix the powder and sugar and oil evenly and add golden flaxseed

Trim the dough into a long round shape, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for more than 1 hour

Take out the cookie dough and cut it into small portions

Arrange it in a baking pan and stick some golden flax seeds on the biscuit base

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes

Let cool and serve immediately
