- Original stock (garlic sauce seasoning) 100cc
- Parsley (garlic sauce seasoning) 15g
- Rice wine (garlic sauce seasoning) 15cc
- Salt (marinate) 1 teaspoon
- Small chili pepper (garlic sauce seasoning) 5g
- Soy sauce (marinate) 1 teaspoon
- Sugar (garlic sauce seasoning) 1 teaspoon
- Sugar (marin) 1 teaspoon
- Sweet potato powder (marinate) Appropriate amount
Steps

Wash the purchased hairtail and cut it into sections. Wash the hairtail thoroughly and add the marinade (except sweet potato powder) to the processed hairtail

Catch it evenly, let the hairtail fish be evenly coated with marinade, and then marinate for 30min

Slice garlic, cut small pepper into 1.5 mm thick dice, mince parsley and set aside

Spread a thin layer of sweet potato powder evenly on the marinated hairtail

Heat oil in a pan, put the hairtail fish coated in sweet potato powder into the oil pan and fry

Fry until golden brown, take out and set aside

Heat another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add garlic slices and saute until fragrant
