A simple and delicious home-cooked dish. The first time I made it, it tasted average. I will try harder next time. Get some for dinner and let’s eat!

Remove the internal organs from the tender chicken, clean it, drain it and apply a layer of salt evenly on the surface, marinate for half an hour and set aside.

Place in a steamer and steam over high heat for 40 minutes.

Wash the ginger and cut into pieces.

Turn on low heat in a non-stick pan, pour in the ginger, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper and stir-fry evenly.

Remove and mix evenly.

Spread the ginger evenly on the surface of the chicken.
