Fennel Ravioli
Overview
There is an ingredient that haunts me. It is very common in the north, but very rare in the south. Over the past few years, I have always missed its unique fragrance. It is fennel, so I bought the seeds on Taobao and grew them myself. Because there was no fertilization, it did not grow as big as expected, but it was enough for a meal. I couldn’t make dumplings and now I can only make wontons. It is freshly cut and eaten, absolutely fresh and absolutely natural. This is probably the charm of balcony cuisine.

Steps
-
I planted the fennel in a pot on the balcony, and there is a small coriander next to it, haha
-
The cut fennel was grown on the balcony, planted late, without fertilization, and was purely natural, so it was a little smaller.
-
Fennel chopped
-
Mix it with ready-made minced meat bought in the market and add a little salt and sugar.
-
After mixing the fillings, start wrapping the wontons.
-
There are 90 wrapped wontons, which is quite a lot.
-
Cook wontons
-
The cooked wontons, paired with the coriander I accidentally discovered just now, are so fragrant.

Take a bite, oh, it's so delicious. I haven't eaten fennel for a long time, and this taste is so delicious.
