Applesauce Rice Cake
Overview
I don’t forget to make rice cakes every year. After all, rice cakes are grown every year~ And the main reason is that I also like to eat glutinous rice snacks~ Last year I made white glutinous rice, blood glutinous rice and rhubarb rice cakes. I kneaded them by hand and my back hurt... I originally planned to make red bean rice cakes this year, but as a senior obsessive-compulsive disorder, I was afraid that I would either rub off the skin of the red beans or grind the red beans, which would make me feel uncomfortable all the time... But the white rice cake really doesn’t fit the characteristics of my dark cuisine. It just so happens that my personality has greatly improved (it must be because I helped my grandma up too many times last year...) and I was selected to try out the Château de Versailles jam! (Thank you for your trust in the organization a million times!) I received a bottle of applesauce (I love eating apples the most), and I thought about combining Chinese and Western methods to make apple jam rice cakes~ Also, last year I still had back pain, so I gave up my plan to exercise this year, and I used the bread machine for me hahaha~

Steps
-
Wash the glutinous rice, do not soak it, and put it into the bread machine
-
Then add 20g apple jam
-
Add 120g of water
-
Put it in the bread machine and select the rice cake program!
-
What to do if there is no rice cake program - steam it directly in the pot, then throw it into the dough kneading program and knead out the thin film!
-
Be sure to shape it while it's hot, otherwise the skin will dry out quickly and the shape will be lost
