Material handling. Cucumber: Peel, cut in half lengthwise, then cut into slices and set aside. Eggs: add oil, add salt, beat and set aside.

Scrambled eggs: Heat oil in a pan, use more oil than usual for stir-frying. I am used to frying until it is half cooked, because it will continue to cook when fried with cucumber, so that half of the cucumber can be wrapped and half of it is in the shape of chunks. The eggs are not overcooked yet, they are tender~

Fried cucumber: After the eggs are set aside, add the cucumber and stir-fry with some salt. This is for seasoning and to release the water from the cucumber. When the cucumber becomes soft and the water evaporates, you can add some cooking wine.

Put the eggs in and fry together to test the taste. When the eggs are cooked, take them out of the pan.
