The raw materials are as shown in the picture: shrimp, fresh ginger, green onions, cooking wine, and fresh shellfish.

Cut off the back of the shrimp and remove the shrimp line.

Add salt, sugar, cooking wine, fresh beetroot, and ginger slices to the shrimp and marinate for 30 minutes

Add green onions into the wok and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour the shrimp and marinated sauce into the wok and simmer until the soup is simmered and then serve.
