  1. Wash the carrots and cut into slices.

  2. Wash the lettuce, select stems and cut into sections.

  3. Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the onions and ginger until fragrant, then add the carrots and stir-fry.

  4. Fry the lettuce in the pan.

  5. Add salt and stir-fry until evenly mixed and turn off the heat.
