Sugar triangle
Overview
The sugar triangle I made today looks like a triangle, is white in color, has a soft skin, and is sweet in the mouth. It is also one of the traditional snacks. My mother, who loves sweets, wants to make sugar triangles every time she makes them. She can eat two of them in one meal without having to make them.

Knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with a curtain, and leave it in a warm place to rise. It only takes one hour in summer.
-
While the dough is resting, put the brown sugar in a bowl, add two tablespoons of flour and stir evenly.
-
Place the woke noodles on the chopping board and rub them to release air.
-
Roll into thick strips.
-
Cut into evenly sized pieces.
-
Press flat with your hands.
-
Use a rolling pin to roll into a thin crust.
-
Add brown sugar filling.
-
Use both hands to shape the bottom of the dough upward into a triangle.
-
Make the sugar triangle shape, place it on the curtain, and let it rise for 10 to 15 minutes.
-
Pour cold water into the pot and steam for 20 minutes.
-
After steaming, wait 2 to 3 minutes before opening the lid and it is ready to eat.
