Prepare materials

Use a juicer to squeeze dragon fruit into puree

Soak gelatine tablets in appropriate amount of water until soft

Boil over water until melted

Whip whipped cream with sugar

Take half of the whipping cream and mix it into the dragon fruit liquid

Add the cooled gelatine liquid and mix well
-
Pour into a container and refrigerate until solidified

After solidification, squeeze the remaining whipping cream on top of the mousse liquid
