Protein and Coconut Balls
Overview
I have always liked desserts made of shredded coconut. You can eat a lot of coconut bread in one sitting😋😋😋. This time I only used egg yolks to make egg tarts. I was thinking about how to use up the remaining egg whites. I had an idea and decided to make egg white shredded coconut balls! Roll up your sleeves and just do it🤤

Mix sugar, milk powder, shredded coconut and cake flour evenly

Beat the egg whites with chopsticks until foamy (no need to use a whisk, just use chopsticks like you would normally beat eggs)

Pour the egg whites into the shredded coconut mixture

Stir evenly with chopsticks and then use your hands to stir into a dough

Gather into a ball with your hands

Roll into small balls with your hands

Roll the balls in the shredded coconut a few times to coat the balls evenly with the shredded coconut. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees

Arrange them neatly and put them in the oven at 150 degrees for 20~25 minutes
