Winter melon cooked meat dumplings
Overview
I forgot to eat the winter melon when I bought it at home. I saw it today and hurriedly made it to eat. I saw someone making dumplings online, so I tried to make it myself. Because there is no meat filling at home, only cooked meat and soup for cooking meat, so I did this. Once it’s done and it feels good, I’ll post a picture to show it off.

Steps
-
I used half of the winter melon in the picture and it was broken into pieces. I didn’t squeeze out the water and put it in the pot directly.
-
The cooked meat was chopped and put into the stuffing. I put very little because the child was sick recently and it was difficult to digest.
-
The broth has solidified in the refrigerator, so I added a little.
-
Stir-fry all the ingredients together until there is very little water left in the stir-fry, then turn off the heat.
-
When the dough is smooth, let it sit for about 10 minutes. ,
-
Start rolling out the dough and making dumplings.
-
The package is ready, the quantity is a little small, but enough for the baby to eat.
-
If you put the pot under boiling water and cook it, you need to stir it constantly with chopsticks to avoid sticking to the pot.
-
The steaming hot dumplings are out of the pot and ready to eat.
