Toon Tofu Burger

Overview

Toon and tofu seem to be a perfect match. The toon tofu burger I made today is made by crushing and frying the tofu, and then pairing it with toon. Because the excess water in the tofu evaporates, when combined with toon, it can absorb the fragrance of toon, and the aroma is integrated into one, and the taste is quite good

Steps

1. 1 Choose fresh and tender toon, wash and quickly blanch in boiling water.

   

2. 2 Squeeze out the water, chop into dices, add salt, chili oil, and sesame oil, mix well and set aside.

   

3. 3 Chop the tofu into pieces and stir-fry in oil until the water evaporates slightly. Add a small amount of salt and stir-fry evenly

   

4. 4 Put the tofu and toon into layers in the mold and shape

   

5. 5 Put it on the plate. Make two different layered toon tofu burgers. If you like to eat more toon, add toon and tofu. Otherwise, just tofu with Chinese toon.
